21 Hands
Giving back to our Pacific communities.
21 Hands is a charitable initiative established by Pacific Errands to give back to the communities in need across the Pacific Islands where we work, travel and build relationships.
We are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals, children and families. Through ongoing support, donations and connections, we work alongside local organisations to help provide essential care, shelter and opportunities for those who need them most.
Our support includes Pacific Assist Samoa, which provides a safe and supportive environment for disadvantaged and disabled people; the Women's and Children's Crisis Centre in Tonga, which supports women and children affected by violence; and children's shelters in Fiji, where we help contribute to the wellbeing and care of vulnerable children.
At the heart of 21 Hands is a simple belief: small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference.

Where it all began
At Pacific Errands, we believe that doing business is about more than the services we provide - it's about the relationships we build and the communities we become part of.
We have always been deeply committed to giving back to the countries and communities in which we operate. It is something we feel strongly and passionately about.
Throughout the Pacific, we are privileged to work alongside incredible people and organisations. We believe that with this privilege comes a responsibility to contribute positively, support local initiatives, and help make a meaningful difference wherever we can.
The 21 Hands initiative began with a visit to the 21 children at St Philomena Children's Home in Suva, Fiji — and grew into something much bigger.
What started with a desire to make a difference for 21 children became a realisation that making a difference doesn't always mean making a financial donation. Sometimes, it's simply about thinking of who you know and how you can help.
It might mean making an introduction, opening a door, sharing your knowledge, offering your skills, connecting someone to an opportunity or helping create a possibility that might otherwise never have existed.
We all have something valuable to offer — connections, skills, experience, knowledge and networks that could help someone else, particularly those in need.
That's the idea behind 21 Hands.

The power of connection
21 Hands is about looking beyond what we can give financially and asking ourselves:
“Who do I know, and how could that connection make a difference?”
- One introduction can lead to an opportunity.
- One conversation can spark an idea.
- One connection can open a door.
Through 21 Hands, Pacific Errands aims to bring people, organisations and opportunities together to create meaningful and lasting change across the Pacific. By sharing resources, building relationships and connecting people with the right support, we hope to make a difference that extends far beyond a single donation.
We believe that giving back isn't just about what we have to give — it's about how we can use what we know, who we know and what we can do to help others.

Because sometimes, the most valuable thing you can give isn't money.
It's a connection.
21 Hands — Together, we can make a difference.
